Red Notice Watch records publicly reported cases in which an INTERPOL Red Notice or diffusion was challenged, using court rulings, INTERPOL and CCF documents, and reputable media and human rights organisations.

• A Red Notice is not an arrest warrant and not evidence of guilt. A deletion or refusal is recorded only where it was publicly reported.
• The requesting state's allegations are attributed to it. Each person's own public statements are included where available.
• This site is not legal advice. People who think they are subject to a notice should contact a lawyer or the CCF directly.
